Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HookInbox ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

HookInbox provides webhook testing and signature verification tools. The Service allows you to:

• Create temporary webhook endpoints
• Capture and inspect webhook payloads
• Verify webhook signatures client-side

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Send malicious payloads or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
• Use the Service to store sensitive personal information
• Abuse rate limits or attempt to overload the Service
• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with other users' access to the Service

Service Availability

HookInbox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service
• Permanent storage of webhook data
• That the Service will be error-free or bug-free

Data and Privacy

Webhook data is stored temporarily (24 hours by default) and automatically deleted. Do not send sensitive information such as passwords, API keys, or personal data through HookInbox. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Rate Limiting

To ensure fair usage, we implement rate limiting:

• 120 inbox creations per IP address per minute
• 60 webhook requests per inbox per minute

Excessive usage may result in temporary or permanent blocking.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by HookInbox and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HookInbox shall not be liable for:

• Any data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Any damages arising from your use of the Service
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect when changes were made. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
